CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS
HULL:
Side and bottom plating is 3/16" steel in excellent condition. The hull is divided into four water tight
compartments by three transverse bulkheads of 3'16" plate with access via deck hatches.
DECK:
Lower deck is 3/16" plate and the roof deck is 10 gauge. All decks are in excellent condition. Interior
cabin decks are all topped by 3/4" plywood, underlayment & floor coverings.
WINDOWS:
All windows are Traco insulated double pane aluminum with screens and in excellent condition.
DOORS:
All doors are Traco insulated double pane aluminum with screens and in excellent condition.
HULL:
Hull was sandblasted and repainted in 2007.
INT. WINDOWS: All windows are trimmed
in oak with corian window seals and insulated draperies.
FLOORS:
Floors are covered with vinyl, laminate or carpeting and are in new condition.
BILGES:
Bilges are freshly painted with rust inhibiting oil enamel and are clean and dry.

ENGINE: Perkins diesel, model 6-354, 135 HP, fernstrum keel coolers.
DRIVE SYSTEM: Twin disk gear model 507, 29 to 1 reduction gear to chain wheel sprocket and by chain
to stern wheel. Total reduction , approximately 90 to 1.
FUEL SYSTEM: Diesel
with service to main engine generator and boiler. Capacity is approximately 1400 gallons.
GENERATOR:
Kohler 20KW, 110/220v with keel cooler.
FRESH WATER: 700+ Gallons WASTE
SYSTEM: Two marine toilets by Sealand, two 55 gallon capacity tanks plumbed together.
STEERING:
Mechanical, rod, chain and gear. Two rudders forward of paddle and two aft of paddle.
ACCOMODATIONS &
FURNISHINGS: The main deck cabin consists of a large salon forward, galley/dning area midship, one and a half
baths starboard, a laundry room with new stack washer & dryer, walk-in closet and a large master stateroom aft.
The main bath has a full size tub and shower combo with glass sliding doors. The stateroom has a built in queen bed
with storage underneath and a built in stained glass back lighted headboard. There are numerous built in cabinets and
closets.
